These Terms of Service apply to the Corva website at corva.gg and the Corva early-access waitlist. Please read them carefully.

They do not cover the Corva desktop application, which is not publicly released and will be governed by its own terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website or joining the waitlist, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use this website.

2. Who We Are

Corva is a product of Flowve ("we", "us", or "our"), an independent software studio based in Ontario, Canada that builds tools for content creators and streamers.

3. Description of Service

This website provides information about Corva and allows you to join a waitlist to be notified when the Corva beta opens.

4. The Waitlist Is Not a Purchase

Joining the waitlist is free. It is not a pre-order, a reservation, or a guarantee of access.

We make no commitment as to release date, feature set, pricing, or position in any queue, and we may modify, delay, limit, or discontinue the beta programme at any time. Statements on this website describe our current intent and are not contractual commitments.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to submit only an email address that you own or control, and not to submit the address of another person. You may not attempt to disrupt, overload, scrape, or gain unauthorised access to this website.

We reserve the right to remove any address from the waitlist at our discretion, including addresses that appear automated or abusive.

6. Intellectual Property

The Corva name, the Corva mark, and the text, design, and code of this website are owned by Flowve. You may link to this website. You may not copy, reproduce, or present our branding or content as your own.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

This website is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error free, or available at any particular time.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flowve shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this website or the waitlist. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised Terms on this page and update the date above. Continued use of this website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
