Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing or using Corva, using this website, or joining the waitlist, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use Corva.

2. Who We Are

Corva is a product of Flowve ("we", "us", or "our"), an independent software studio based in Ontario, Canada that builds tools for content creators and streamers.

3. Description of Service

Corva is a desktop application for Windows that finds the best moments in your gameplay recordings, edits them into vertical clips with subtitles, suggests titles and captions, publishes the clips you approve to your own connected accounts on TikTok, YouTube, Instagram and Facebook, and shows how each clip performed.

Corva is in early access. Features may change, be added or be removed as we develop it.

4. Early Access and the Waitlist

Joining the waitlist is free. It is not a pre-order, a reservation, or a guarantee of access.

We make no commitment as to release date, feature set, pricing, or position in any queue, and we may modify, delay, limit, or discontinue the beta programme at any time. Statements on this website describe our current intent and are not contractual commitments.

5. License and Permitted Use

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Corva for your own content creation.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, distribute, sell or sublicense Corva without our written permission
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble Corva, except where the law expressly allows it
• Connect or publish to any account that you do not own or are not authorised to manage
• Use Corva to publish spam, misleading content, or content that infringes the rights of others or violates applicable law
• Use Corva in a way that violates the terms, policies or community guidelines of any connected platform
• Attempt to circumvent any access controls or usage limits, or interfere with the services Corva relies on

6. Your Content

You retain full ownership of your recordings, clips and everything you publish with Corva. We claim no ownership of your content.

You are responsible for your content, including having the rights to any gameplay, music, voices or other material it contains, and for everything you choose to publish.

7. AI Suggestions

Corva uses AI services to find moments and suggest titles and captions. Suggestions may be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable. Review every clip, title and caption before you publish it. You are responsible for what you publish, whether or not you accepted a suggestion.

8. Connected Platforms

Corva publishes to TikTok, YouTube, Instagram and Facebook through each platform's official APIs, only to accounts you connect. By using Corva with a platform, you agree to comply with that platform's own terms, including the TikTok Terms of Service, the YouTube Terms of Service, and Meta's Terms of Service, together with their community guidelines.

We are not responsible for actions taken by any platform, including content removal, account restrictions or suspension, or changes to or withdrawal of API access. Platform changes may cause Corva features to stop working without notice.

9. Third-Party Services

Corva relies on third-party services, including AI providers and the platforms you connect, as described in our Privacy Policy. Your use of those services is also governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability or conduct.

10. Fees

Corva is currently provided free of charge during early access. If we introduce paid plans, we will present their prices and terms before you are charged anything.

11. Intellectual Property

The Corva name, the Corva mark, the Corva application, and the text, design and code of this website are owned by Flowve. Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of any of our intellectual property. You may link to this website, but you may not copy, reproduce, or present our branding or content as your own.

12. Feedback

If you send us suggestions or feedback about Corva, we may use them to improve Corva without any obligation to you.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

Corva and this website are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that Corva will be uninterrupted, error free, or that clips, renders or scheduled posts will always complete as expected. Keep your own copies of recordings and clips that matter to you.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flowve shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, content, audience or revenue, arising from your use of Corva, this website, or the waitlist. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

15. Termination

You may stop using Corva at any time by disconnecting your accounts and uninstalling it. We may suspend or end your access to Corva if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised Terms on this page and update the date above. Continued use of Corva or this website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
